Fees for Activity and Field Trips 2011-2012:

Bus mileage charges are tiered based on mileage.

1 to 50 miles -- $ 4.00 per mile

51 to 100 miles -- 2.50 per mile

101 to 200 miles -- $ 1.55 per mile

201 miles or greater -- $ 1.30 per mile

Minimum fee is $ 35.00.

Suburban -- $ .50 per mile

Any trip not school sanctioned will be billed at $ 45.00 per hour.

Requests need to be at District Office 10 working days in advance

Requests that don't give 10 days notice will be charged $50.00.

Transportation will charge a fee of $ 50.00 for late requests or cancellations within eight hour’s time.

Additional Overnight Charge of $50.00 (anytime they spend the night)

Forms - All forms must be approved annually
